The 33-colour MonoSoft card is made up of natural pigments tested and approved by ClayLime; the pigments are packaged in the quantities required for the 5kg or 1kg MonoSoft kits. Our lime plasters can achieve various effects depending on the artisan’s skill and technique. The final appearance is influenced by several factors, including whether the plaster is applied in two layers with a spatula or if the first layer is rolled on with a foam roller. The method of polishing or sanding the plaster also plays a crucial role in the texture and finish. Additionally, the type of protection used, the choice of pigments, the pressure applied with the spatula, and the specific tools involved all contribute to the unique outcome of each application. For this reason, it is considered an decorative plaster.
